The fans did not come with a remote like they were supposed to so no luck there. I have the NZXT 500i case, it does have two rgb strips in it but they connect to the NZXT controller which connects to a usb header controlled by CAM not aurora. There are a total of 4 rgb strips to choose from yet there are no rgb strips plugged into any aurora headers (two are called RGB strip and the other two are called ADD strip) every attempt to change the color of these non-existent rgb strips does nothing. Interestingly enough there are some inputs in the aurora software that I dont quite understand. I'm using a ROG Crosshair Vi hero (wifi) mobo and have plugged the fan controller into one of the 3-pin aurora headers (since its not compatible with the 4-pin addressable ones) yet the aurora software will not detect these fans. For no reason that I'm aware of, they suddenly changed to blue. When I first powered the system up these fans were running through an RGB cycle of all colors. I just finished a new PC build and I used the uphere 120mm RGB fans that come with a controller unit. Ive contacted the amazon seller so maybe they will help. Anyone have an issue similar to this? Since aurora and cam both do not detect the fans is it possible to control the color of these fans in any way or is this just an aurora software issue? Maybe I could plug the fans into a different header (maybe usb so CAM sees it) via an adapter cable? I have tried everything i can think of and also have no idea if uphere has a support number or not, couldnt find one.
